CMA
A graduate of DePaul University, Yvonne has a Bachelor of Science
Degree in Accounting & Finance. She is a Certified Management
Accountant with 15 years of accounting experience. She was an
auditor for a major public accounting firm and an accounting manager
in the not-for-profit industry. Her experience includes financial
reporting and analysis, business process review and improvement,
income tax preparation (corporate and individual), and small
business accounting.
Jose-Albin D. Afable
A graduate of DeVry Institute of Technology, Jose has a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. Jose has extensive
experience in database development, technical support, networking,
and customer relationship management. He is the author of "
A Beginner's Guide To Understanding Technical Support"
and has been involved with technology for over 15 years, having
worked with a number of major corporations in the Chicagoland area.
